Cure SPS is dedicated to finding a cure for Stiff-Person Syndrome. SPS is a rare neurological disorder that causes progressive muscle stiffness and severe, painful spasms. It is believed to be an autoimmune condition where the body mistakenly attacks proteins in the central nervous system that regulate muscle movement.
